We are flexible and would prefer to talk to you directly about your function so that everybody has an enjoyable time and all needs are met. Please contact us to arrange a time to look around our facilities and accommodation.
HEDLOW LODGE -Accommodation and Function Area
Hedlow Lodge deck can seat up to 75 comfortably or host a cocktail style reception of up to 100. Marquees can also be erected in our spacious gardens for larger weddings - the choice is yours.
- Basic Price $900
- Includes accommodation up to 4 people per room (max 16)
CABINS - Accommodation and Garden Area
- Basic Price $450
- Includes accommodation for 5 people in Cabin 1 and 4 people in Cabin 2 (maximum 9)
HEDLOW LODGE AND CABIN ACCOMMODATION AND FUNCTION AREA
- Basic Price $1350
- If you hire the whole area you may have extra people camping for $15 per head.
Additional Costs
- $10 per person cover charge over the maximum number of people included in accommodation (25). This is to cover clean up and wear and tear associated with larger groups.
- $180 - cold room hire for 48hr period if required
These prices including the accommodation and function area are for one night only.
Hedlow Lodge must be taken for 2 nights for weddings, the night prior to and the night of the wedding. This allows time for set up.
Check in 2pm Check out 10am (of individual rooms and cabins if required for cleaning)
Clean up and a late check out is allowable until 12pm
All prices NETT to Henderson Park Farm Retreat and inclusive of GST (pricing period 01 Feb 2012 - 31 March 2013)
